Magic Dragon Smoothie
- 2 cups of water, coconut water or a combination of both
- One whole dragon fruit, peeled
- 2 - 3 frozen bananas
- 6 cups of spinach
- 1/2 tsp. of vanilla powder
Blend until smooth and creamy. This recipe makes about one litre, and is a good one to make in the morning to take along for a quick and nutrient dense lunch on the go!
