Cinnamon Crybabies

  • Ready in: 30 minutes
  • Serves: 12
Cinnamon Crybabies

  • One cup almonds, finely ground (I actually like to leave some chunks for texture)
  • One cup buckwheaties, ground into flour
  • 1/3 cup cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/3 tsp. pink himalayan salt
  • 3/4 cup agave syrup or maple syrup
  • buckwheat flour to roll the Crybabies in

Place the ground almonds, cinnamon, buckwheat flour and sea salt in a mixing bowl.  Add in the sweetener and mix well.   Add in the raisins and mix with your hands until they are well incorporated.  The mixture should be like a slightly sticky dough.   Form into balls and roll in buckwheat flour.   They may be frozen to firm them up.  Enjoy with a nice cuppa tea and invite your Grandma!   xoxo
